Welcome to the Psychology Tools for Mindfulness Collection. Anybody who wants to learn more about the practice of mindfulness, and can be used to help you develop your own mindfulness practice. They were designed for you to use as stand-alone exercises, although if you want to learn more about the practice of mindfulness, we make some additional recommendations on psychology.
